1. Material:

   Neodymium magnet with stainless steel pipe (SS304 or SS316)

2. Size:

  Diameter with D15mm, D25mm,D32mm and others according to your needs;

  Length is also at your choice, 100-1200mm or customized

3. Surface Gauss:

   It generally ranges from 3000 to 12000 gauss.  Hihger one an be designed to meet your application. 

4. Applications:

Magnetic bar is used for removing ferrous objects, like chips,nuts,screw,nail,and other ferrous scraps... from the production flow. Magnetic bar can be installed at a certail point in the production flows to catch and seperate the ferrous particles. It has been widely used in the chemic lindustry,medicines,sanitation,plastics,textile, smelting,machinery and foodstuffs,etc.to ensure the quality of the products and the longevity of the  equipment and facilities.

5. Construction:

Swin Magnetic grate are constructed by a row of magnetic bars which are fixed by frames in various shape. It can be square, rectangle, round, oval, triangle, rhombus or irregular polygon, to suit for different position. Center distance of bars is usually 2 inches. All the frames and shells are 100% stainless steel.
